When the battery runs low, swap it at a BEEP station in about ninety seconds. One price covers your power and buys you a piece of the bike.

When the ownership side is fully paid, the bike is yours. No final lump sum. No balloon payment. You keep the papers.

One swap costs about GH₵ 35. Part of it is the power that moves you today. The rest buys a piece of the bike, permanently.
You never make a separate loan payment. There is no due date to miss and nobody comes to your house. If you are riding, you are paying.

Every rider asks the same question before they sign: what happens the week I cannot work? Here is the answer, in front of you, before you sign anything.
If you are sick or you rest
You pay when you swap. No swap, no payment. You do not fall into arrears for taking a day off — the term simply runs a little longer.
If the bike breaks down
Repairs go through the BEEP workshop network built with Ghana TVET Service. The battery is ours, not yours — if a pack fails, you swap it and keep working.
If you have a slow week
A slow week costs you less, not more. There is no fixed weekly instalment sitting over your head whether you earned or not.
If you want to stop
You can return the bike. What you have already paid toward ownership stays credited to you, and we tell you the figure before you sign, not after.
How long until it is mine?
Set it to how you actually ride. The answer changes with how much you work — not with your credit score, because we do not look at one.

We already assume you lose about one day in ten to sickness or repair.

- A route in an area with a BEEP swap station

Straight answers
- Is this cheaper than petrol?
- Not on day one. You will pay around GH₵ 70 on a working day against roughly GH₵ 65 for fuel. The difference is what happens after two years: the petrol rider has nothing, you have a bike.
- What if I miss a payment?
- There is no payment to miss. You are not on a monthly instalment. You pay each time you swap a battery, so paying and earning happen at the same moment.
- Do you check my credit?
- No. There is no credit bureau check and no guarantor. What matters is that you ride — the swap record is the only history we need.
- Who owns the battery?
- BEEP does, always. You never buy a battery and you never carry the cost when one wears out. That is the part that ruins most electric bike deals for riders.
- What happens if the bike is stolen?
- Report it immediately. Cover terms are being finalised with our insurance partner and will be written into your agreement before you sign.
- Can I own more than one?
- Yes. Fleet owners run several bikes under one account with a single dashboard. Talk to us about fleet terms.
